Sam Manins

Chief Operations Officer

Sam turns enterprise AI strategy into secure, practical and commercially sustainable operations.

He brings more than 25 years of technology and delivery experience, including eight years in Chief Technology Officer roles. His background spans enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, cybersecurity and operational improvement.

Sam advises organisations on governed AI adoption, AI economics and corporate knowledge platforms. His work covers model selection, context optimisation, workload telemetry, data controls, auditability and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.

He holds an MBA and has helped build the technology and process foundations that supported a business doubling in size and reaching number 25 in the 2025 Australian Financial Review Fast 100.

Areas of expertise: Enterprise AI adoption, AI economics, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and implementation.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Gary brings more than 25 years of banking and business technology experience, including ten years of board-level leadership.

He founded Solveworx in 2016 and was a driving force behind the T-Flux Enterprise AI Platform, combining private AI architecture, model orchestration, governance and agentic workflows for regulated organisations.

Gary has advised banks, regulators and development institutions across more than 89 countries, including engagements with the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and national governments.

He serves as a Non-Executive Director and chairman of the Groups Transformation committee. His product development, banking transformation and board advisory experience helps clients approach AI as an accountable business investment.
